WE ALL HAVE THE POWER TO GRANT A WISH

The Make-A-Wish Foundation® is the largest wish-granting organization in the world, granting
more than 151,000 wishes to children with life-threatening medical conditions since its inception in 1980.

Destination JoySM presented by LAY'S® is the Make-A-Wish Foundation’s campaign to inspire
and empower Americans to share their much-needed time, talents and resources to grant the
wishes of the 100,000 children who will be diagnosed with life-threatening medical
conditions over the next 4 years.

A key component of the campaign is our online auction which will take place May 14
through June 18, 2007. Eighty percent of the revenue generated from this auction will benefit the
Make-A-Wish Foundation® and be used to grant the wishes of seriously ill children.
