This is the fun time when we can think big and brainstorm. Together we will thoughtfully identify the key message points and goals of your organization and then leverage our talented design team to create and produce compelling marketing materials that will enable you to engage your celebrity friends, supporters and bidders throughout the auction, including:
“About us” page: Consider this your home page at Charity Folks and a place where you can promote your pivotal organization and exciting upcoming auction.
Outreach “Ask” Letter: This letter will enable you to engage supporters with ease. The letter will be crafted to highlight your exciting auction and will talk to how the proceeds will enable you to carry out your mission.
Donation Form: The purpose of the donation form is to capture all the important information about each donor and their unique donation. These forms will be sent direct to Charity Folks where we will verify all information.
Lot Copy and Images: We will engage bidders with creative lot copy that meticulously describes each donation in a playful and engaging way. We will also take and edit all images to be used in the auction catalog, ensuring a seamless interactive experience that highlights everything each lot has to offer.
Tax letter for donors and buyers: In compliance with tax law, we provide every bidder and donor with a tax donation letter on behalf of your organization. These letters are inclusive of all required information about your organization, estimated fair market value and selling price of the lots that they purchased. In addition, the letter includes a thank you message from your organization, to further align you with our affluent, philanthropic community and to reinforce your brand.

This is the time for our successful PR team to shine! They will create a custom press campaign to engage wide media support for your exciting auction and identify unique and creative angles to generate buzz. Materials will include:

Collection: We offer seamless payment processing, whereby winning bidders are automatically charged upon the auction close; every bidder in the Charity Folks community has a valid credit card on file.

Results: We provide a closing report which provides total proceeds raised, individual closing prices, site visits, page views and a geographic analysis of the winning bidders.
