Terms:

Must be scheduled at a mutually agreeable date. Experience cannot be resold. Experience will expire within one year of auction close. Guidelines for Bel-Air Country Club: Cell phones are prohibited in the clubhouse, parking lot and on the golf course. Jeans or denims of any kind are not permitted anywhere on the premises. Shorts (for men) are not permitted in the clubhouse and on the golf course. Transportation and accommodations are not included. Background check required, reflected in the shipping cost of this item. Background checks require the winning bidder to release DOB/SSN to Charity Folks. Confidentiality is guaranteed.

  • Enter your maximum bid price in the text field.
  • Press the "SET MAX" bid button

2) How does it work?

  • Maximum bids will be submitted on your behalf.
  • Only you know your maximum bid price. It is kept secret from all other bidders.
  • Think carefully before bidding! Once you submit a maximum Bid, you may not retract it.

3) What happens if my Maximum Bid is Outbid?

  • If your Maximum Bid is outbid you will receive an e-mail stating that "you have been outbid..."
  • Click on the link provided to return to the auction before closing.
  • You can then counter with a new bid or a new Maximum Bid.

Popcorn Bidding:

If a bid is placed during the last 10 minutes on a lot during the auction, the closing time will be automatically extended for an additional 10 minutes from the time of the latest bid. The lot will close once all bidding activity has stopped for a period of 10 minutes. Note: Current Bid Amount is not "live." Click Refresh to update it or to see if the auction has been automatically extended by a last minute bid.
