You and your friend will be seated together in Section 130, Row 31, Seats 25-26 receive a reserved parking pass to Lot 15 (directly in front of the South Tower entrance) and be invited to attend the WHY Reception Party in the Press Box on Level 9 (including food, beer, wine and soft drinks).
The WHY Reception Party will feature hosts Vincent Pastore of The Sopranos fame and ESPN’s Matthew Berry.
You will also receive the WHY-Hard Rock Born In The USA 25th Anniversary Limited Edition Tee-shirt and Lapel Pin.
Terms:
Tickets cannot be resold. Tickets and VIP parking pass will be sent to the winning bidder upon payment after auction close. Exact seat location within Section 130 Rows 30 - 40 to be determined. Transportation and accommodations are not included. Meet and greet with talent is not guaranteed through this auction lot. Shipping charges reflect domestic U.S. shipping only. Winning bidder is responsible for additional shipping charges, all customs fees and import duties.

A green BUY NOW button indicates you can purchase the item immediately for the set amount listed next to the BUY NOW button without waiting for the auction to end. It’s up to you - you can choose to place a bid and compete in the auction or use BUY NOW to purchase the item immediately. If an item is purchased using BUY NOW, the auction will close immediately and it will no longer be available. If a BUY NOW button is not visible, you must compete in the auction. A BUY NOW transaction trumps all bids.

| Maximum Bidding |
|
Using Maximum Bidding is like having someone watch over your auctions when you're not there. You set the maximum amount you are willing to pay and the Maximum Bidding feature ensures that you get the best deal by submitting the smallest incremental bid possible to keep you a winner!
The Maximum Bid feature will never bid higher than you tell it to. If the bidding in an auction goes over your maximum bid, you will be sent an e-mail to let you know. To enter a new bid or set an new Maximum Bid, simply return to the lot's page before closing and set a new Maximum Bid or submit a regular bid.
1) How do I use it?
- Click Bid Now.
- Enter your maximum bid price in the text field.
- Press the "SET MAX" bid button.
2) How does it work?
- Maximum bids will be submitted on your behalf.
- Only you know your maximum bid price. It is kept secret from all other bidders.
- Think carefully before bidding! Once you submit a maximum Bid, you may not retract it.
3) What happens if my Maximum Bid is Outbid?
- If your Maximum Bid is outbid you will receive an e-mail stating that "you have been outbid..."
- Click on the link provided to return to the auction before closing.
- You can then counter with a new bid or a new Maximum Bid.

Lots that reach bidding levels of $2,500 or higher require Premium Bidding. Registering for a Premium Bidding account is simple and only takes a few minutes. This helps us ensure that all bids are genuine and that the charities we are working with receive the funds that they are trying to raise. If a bid is placed during the last 10 minutes on a lot during the auction, the closing time will be automatically extended for an additional 10 minutes from the time of the latest bid. The lot will close once all bidding activity has stopped for a period of 10 minutes. Note: Current Bid Amount is not "live."
