Based on Charity Folks experience, VIP Seating will likely be located in the Loge Section (first tier above the floor) within the first five rows, either to the left or right of the stage, OR, if the venue has a General Admission area (fondly known as “The Pit”) the auction winner's location may be in the Pit, rather than seats. Exact VIP Seating location to be determined.

The E Street Lounge passes will enable the auction winner to go to a designated area
to relax and have a drink before the show! Kick back and cut loose, the Lounge has a cash bar and is open before show only (6:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m.).

Terms:

Experience cannot be resold. Transportation and accommodations are not included. Winning bidder must select a mutually agreeable date on either November 7 OR November 8, 2009; as such, immediate payment is required. Ticket pick-up typically takes place at the specially designated ARTIST WILL CALL WINDOWS located in the Box Office, day of show. VIP Seating to be determined at the discretion of management and may be located outside of the Pit or First Tier Loge. As a reference, The Pit is a corralled-off area on the floor, directly in front of the stage, that houses approximately 500 people. It is standing room only and there is no guaranteed placement in the Pit – it’s a first come, first serve area. Everyone with tickets/wristbands to the Pit will form a line to enter (this line is first come, first serve) and when the gates to the Pit open, everyone enters the Pit from whatever position they hold in that line. Once inside the Pit, it is a GA area. Background check required for adult attendees, reflected in the shipping cost of this item. Background checks require the winning bidder and guest to release DOB/SSN to Charity Folks. Confidentiality is guaranteed.

To enter a new bid or set an new Maximum Bid, simply return to the lot's page before closing and set a new Maximum Bid or submit a regular bid.

  • Click Bid Now
  • Enter your maximum bid price in the text field.
  • Press the "SET MAX" bid button

2) How does it work?

  • Maximum bids will be submitted on your behalf.
  • Only you know your maximum bid price. It is kept secret from all other bidders.
  • Think carefully before bidding! Once you submit a maximum Bid, you may not retract it.

3) What happens if my Maximum Bid is Outbid?

  • If your Maximum Bid is outbid you will receive an e-mail stating that "you have been outbid..."
  • Click on the link provided to return to the auction before closing.
  • You can then counter with a new bid or a new Maximum Bid.

Popcorn Bidding:

If a bid is placed during the last 10 minutes on a lot during the auction, the closing time will be automatically extended for an additional 10 minutes from the time of the latest bid. The lot will close once all bidding activity has stopped for a period of 10 minutes. Note: Current Bid Amount is not "live." Click Refresh to update it or to see if the auction has been automatically extended by a last minute bid.
