At KIDCan Foundation we think we are very special and unique in that we actively seek children whom have been diagnosed with cancer. Our business and mission is simple. We know that 100,000 children die a year from cancer, and we want to provide free flight support to 100,000 children per year. By this we will not only beat cancer, but we will achieve a wonderful result with 100,000 children around the world as living testimonies.
KIDCan Foundation provides free flight support to children with Cancer and one or both their parents on private jets to a medical facility, no matter where they live in the world. In addition the KIDCan Foundation supports families with children whom have other serious illnesses and or in need of plastic surgery, or special transplants.
On October 25, 2007 Little Harvey had his 2nd birthday. He was born with two hands, ten fingers, two feet, ten toes and two legs. But on February 7, 2007 this year Little Harvey was admitted to a local hospital and later transferred to an intensive care unit. A few days later it was confirmed that Little Harvey had the deadly virus meningitis meningococcal septicemia B.
The meningococcal septicemia resulted in Little Harvey at 15 months old, having both his legs, three and a half of his right hand fingers amputated with extensive damage and scarring to his whole body.
He will need years of physical therapy at $150.00 per hour. His legs will cost $20,000 a pair and he will need 4 pairs a year, As he is a small child growing and developing daily, and that's where you can help the KIDCan Foundation.
The KIDCan Foundation has agreed with his parents to provide Medical support and air transportation from Europe, apartment hotel during the treatment phase to the United States and all cost associated with Harvey's new Walk of Life.
