Rhinelander Children’s Center is a premier resource for New York City families. Our mission is to nurture and cultivate the abilities and interests of each child in the community.  Rhinelander’s landmark brownstone houses excellent programs for children of all ages emphasizing the arts. Rhinelander also offers New York City's only free recreational program for Deaf young people.  Rhinelander is a branch of Children’s Aid Society, one of the nation’s most innovative and highly respected non-profit, non-sectarian child services organizations. Children's Aid helps more than 160,000 New York City children and their families each year through education, health, mental health and social services programs.  Rhinelander is committed to the meeting the needs of all families in our community through the Children's Aid service network.
